This year's Summer School took place from 1.09 to 04.09 in Oer-Erkenschwick, Germany. Focus topics were "Othering" and climate justice. In addition, new workshops and the Understanding Europe Toolbox were presented.

The climate crisis terrifies young people all over Europe. The 2022 Educational Briefing explores how citizenship education can tackle this major challenge of our times – featuring practical suggestions by academics, activists and network members.

As part of Citizens Take Over Europe, we organised several participation formats for young people in 2021 and 2022, the Assemblies of Solidarity. They have resulted in two declarations on European environmental and social policies.

For the first time, our transnational training in Armenia gave Trainers the opportunity to travel and attend a workshop outside their country, getting to know people from across the network.

Our new workshop series was kicked-off with a three-day event in Brussels. Five participants from our network met in the EU’s capital to learn more about different ways of playing an active role in society: through activism, street art, and politics.
