The Coordinators‘ Meeting brought together project coordinators from all over Europe from April 30th to May 3rd in Berlin, Germany
The 2026 Spring Coordinators’ Meeting began on Thursday, April 30th, in Berlin, where participants gathered at the Wannsee Youth Hostel for arrival and registration. The opening of the programme set a collaborative tone, beginning with introductory sessions and team-building activities designed to strengthen connections among participants. Throughout the afternoon, coordinators were introduced to key aspects of the network, including its history and fellowship opportunities.
On Friday, May 1st, the focus shifted toward exchange within the network and communication strategies. The day began with country updates in which coordinators presented developments and challenges from their national teams. After continuing these discussions into the afternoon with analysis sessions, participants received updates on communications and public relations within the network. The day also included collaborative work on developing a Coordinators’ Manual.
Saturday, May 2nd, was dedicated to capacity-building and practical skill development. The programme began with sessions focused on welfare and support structures within the network, followed by discussions on member retention. In the afternoon, participants explored key operational topics such as fundraising and budgeting, alongside broader network updates and future outlooks for 2026. The day concluded with a wrap-up and feedback session.
Sunday, May 3rd, the final day of the meeting, provided space for reflection and open exchange. The “Open Space” session allowed participant-led discussions and sharing of ideas. The meeting concluded with a final wrap-up and evaluation session, after which the Meeting was officially closed!
