This years’ Summer School was a hybrid meeting taking place in Duisburg, Germany. The program included trainings on educational approaches, an introduction of new workshops, an Anti-Racism training and a discussion of “Critical Youth Citizenship”.

In June, civil society organisations across Europe asked the Conference to ensure the inclusion of marginalised communities. As their answer did not indicate any concrete measures, we have now issued another appeal!

From August 16 - 19, Coordinators of Understanding Europe met again in person after almost two years of only digital meetings. As not all of them could join us on site, we connected with them via a new hybrid setting.

The European Youth Parliament (EYP) and Understanding Europe are calling for two new EYP National Committees to join the Understanding Europe Network for at least two years. Apply until August 8!
