Ninth transnational Training for Trainers

The ninth Transnational Training for Trainers (TT4T) took place in Berlin, Germany, from June 24 to 28, 2026. Trainers from across Europe gathered for five days of professional development and exchange in an international setting.

About the program

The TT4T Spring 2026 in Berlin offered participants a dynamic and engaging programme focused on digital resilience, diversity, inclusion, and the role of narratives in shaping societies.

The programme began on Wednesday with participants arriving in Berlin and registering at the accommodation, providing time to settle in and prepare for the days ahead.

On Thursday, the programme officially started with a welcome and introduction session, followed by teambuilding activities that fostered connection and collaboration among participants. The day continued with an introductory workshop on digital resilience, exploring challenges and strategies in navigating digital spaces. In the afternoon, participants engaged in a diversity module and a session on adapting educational materials for different classroom contexts. The day concluded with a cultural scavenger hunt around the city, encouraging participants to explore Berlin while strengthening group dynamics.

Friday focused on deeper thematic engagement and exchange. The day began with a fellowship presentation and panel discussion, followed by an introduction to the work of Algorithm Watch. Participants then explored the power of narratives in war, peace, and conflict transformation. In the afternoon, interactive workshops addressed security and digital resilience, allowing participants to further develop practical skills and exchange experiences.

On Saturday, the programme shifted towards emerging topics and participant-led formats. The day began with a session on detecting artificial intelligence, followed by an open space format where participants could actively contribute their own ideas and discussions. In the afternoon, a workshop on gender and sexism in digitalisation provided critical perspectives on inclusion in digital environments. The programme concluded with a final evaluation and feedback session, giving participants the opportunity to reflect on their learning experience and share insights.

On Sunday, the programme came to a close with breakfast and departures, marking the end of a successful and enriching TT4T in Berlin.
