About the program

The TT4T in Belgium offered participants an eventful and exciting program on the topics of Europe and climate justice. On Friday, the program began in Brussels with a tour of the European Parliament and a discussion round with the European Youth Forum. In the late afternoon, the participants explored the city and had dinner together before heading to Herentals.

In the middle of the green scenery of Herentals, the second day consisted of some outdoor activities, sessions on critical perspectives on the EU and climate legislation. The day was rounded off with further social activities.

The third and final day included modules on the climate justice course and European culture(s) of remembrance. Participants were also able to reflect on sustainable utopias in a final workshop. The time spent in the nature of Herental and the surrounding forests provided the perfect backdrop for inspiring discussions on climate justice.
