Between May 26th and 29th, 2022, the Spring Coordinators’ Meeting of the Understanding Europe Network took place in Berlin. It was the first Coordinators’ Meeting to be held entirely in person again. We chose Berlin Kreuzberg as the location, and as part of the program, we explored Kreuzberg’s street art and culinary offerings.
The agenda included team-building activities, updates from all program countries, and a module on diversity-oriented organizational development, facilitated by our external consultants from The Impact Company. Additionally, the new strategy for the Understanding Europe Network was presented and discussed, along with reports on new formats in some countries, such as the first Transnational Training for Trainers held in April in Armenia, and planned participation formats in Austria, Armenia, Romania, Portugal, and Germany.
As always, there was ample opportunity for exchange among the coordinators, allowing for discussions on current topics and issues.
